At Evalia Design, we start every client project with an initial consultation. This can take place in the client’s home or virtually. At that appointment, we review your design challenges and possible solutions, so at the end of the meeting you can feel confident knowing the available options for your space.
Our design process gives you access to our collaborative idea board, design questionnaire, room board, and design timeline that outlines the steps it takes to complete the design and selection process. That way you know what to expect and exactly how long it will take to complete your project!
Each space is measured and photographed to document the existing conditions which allow us to create an existing base plan that is used to present our design solutions.
Our e-design services follow the same process we use with our one-on-one clients. You complete the measure and photography for us to create the existing plan, but don’t worry! We have a simple guide for you to follow to make sure you can provide us with the information necessary to complete the design. This service is an excellent option for our out of state clients or clients who don't require in person meetings with the designer.
Technology plays a major role in our designs. We use 2D and 3D rendering programs to aid our clients in visualizing the design, an online client portal so you can see the progress of your project, and an online proposal, invoicing, and ordering system to keep projects on target during the installation phase.
